I'm a little sore today from yesterday's race, but not as bad as I expected. I managed to get in 90 minutes of exercise this morning, which is actually more than usual. Instead of finishing a book before I worked out this morning (something I did twice last weekend!), I took a book with me and finished it on the recumbent bike.
1) Rode 10.39 miles (1 hour) on the recumbent bike
2) Walked 0.30 mile ( 5:11 min) on the treadmill
3) Ran 2.14 miles (25 minutes) on the treadmill
