3) Ran 1.25 miles (15 min) on the treadmill
4) Rode 2.7 miles (15 min) on the recumbent bike
Tuesday, 2/24:
1) Walked 0.57 mile (10:05 min) on the treadmill
2) Ran 3.01 miles (35:05 min) on the treadmill
3) Ran 0.53 mile (6:04 min) on the treadmill (decided I had a little left in me)
4) Rode 2.14 miles (12 min) on the recumbent bike
