Working on Endurance

This morning I had a 3 mile run/walk that included running 1.5 miles straight without walking! Knew I could do it, and now I'm glad it's done. I'm looking forward to increasing my running distance in the months ahead! I finished 3.2 miles, actually, in 50:00.

I'm looking forward to another 8-miler on Saturday, especially since my weight loss is back on track. Every little bit helps, especially in this hot weather we're having!

Well done! Endurance is the base to build everything else on. Good luck with the 8-miler!
