Unexpected Run
I got on the treadmill this morning expecting to run just enough to bumped my mileage up above last week's mileage of 17.85 miles. I only needed less than a mile, but I felt good enough to keep going, so I ended up with 2.73 miles in 35 minutes. That's 20.47 running miles for the week (in addition to the elliptical machine and recumbent bike). It's good to be back to a 20-mile running week!
