This morning I ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes (1.43 miles), then spent 20 minutes (3.5 miles) on the recumbent bike. My knees were feeling a little sore going down the steps of my apartment building on the way to the gym this morning, so I felt like I needed to take it a little easy.
On the treadmill, I forgot to set the incline at first, but 3-4 minutes into the run, I set the incline to 1% and left it there. I could feel some difference in the run (not QUITE as easy)!
