I decided to give my legs a break from running today, though it was a little tough! (Crosstraining is my friend, crosstraining is my friend!) Instead, I spent 30 minutes on the elliptical machine, and another 15 minutes on the recumbent bike. On this end of the workout, it feels good to have done other exercises. :)
