I got up at my regular time this morning, but hit the shower instead of the gym, to make sure I'd take a rest day from exercising. Tomorrow's a scheduled 26 miler on the training calendar. Since I've already done 26, I don't know if I'll go the whole way. I'll see how I feel.
I'm glad I'm taking a break today, though, as my legs feel tired from yesterday's workout. Gotta rest up!
