I went back to the American Tobacco Trail this morning, and ended up running 3.54 miles in 60 minutes. I felt sluggish at first, and it took me 18+ minutes to finish my first mile. I was able to pick up my pace, though, and finished with a 16:56 average mile/minute pace.
Still recovering a bit from the busy weekend, and then had a meeting last evening after work, arriving home about 9:30. The lack of rest is stacking up. :(

Pat yourself on the back for getting out there after working so late. I would have made an excuse to stay in bed.
