1) Walked 1.47 miles (25 min) on the treadmill
2) Ran 1.10 miles (15 min) on the treadmill
3) Rode 3.6 miles (20:05 min) on the recumbent bike
It felt like a pretty strong workout, partly because I got to bed around 10:00 last night (which helped!). I'm excited that I've gotten past the 500 mile mark for the year now with this morning's run! I was hoping to get to that point a couple months ago, but got derailed by injuries. I'm making progress, though.
