I returned to the gym today. Although my knee is still a little sore from my Saturday evening tumble, I did 40 light minutes on the recumbant bicycle, going 4.94 miles and 134 calories. I didn't work up a sweat, which I miss, but I'm glad I was able to do something.
I got a lot of rest yesterday, sleeping in in the morning, a nap in the afternoon, and to bed around 11, so I'm not feeling the usual sleep deprivation after Daylight Saving Time starts.

I saw your post on Jenny's blog (I'm her running partner) and followed the link to YOUR blog and saw that you live near where I grew up! :) We lived off Strickland Rd (my parents actually still do...). So of course I *have* to say hi!!
I'm sorry you fell! I'm famous for falling, too, LOL. Think it's the Raleigh water? Think we can sue?! LOL!
