A Little Elliptical
This morning I did 20 minutes on the recumbant bike, then 25 minutes on the elliptical. It felt pretty good to get back on the elliptical, but I'm feeling a bit off in general so far this morning. My knee seems a little better, at least. I have a physical therapy session this morning, otherwise I may stay home. I feel a little queasy. My eyes are a little black this morning. I know things will get better.

I can sympathize with ya. I used to do a little boxing in my younger days, and it was hard enough working out with sore muscles, but having a sore face was a whole new experience!LOL
