The recumbent bike seems to be my new best friend! While I am feeling better, I still seem to be in a bit of recovery mode from last weekend's running. I eyeballed the treadmill this morning, but just couldn't get back on it yet. So I rode 7.o1 miles in 46:02 minutes on the recumbent bike. I'll be running again soon, I know!

Sounds like the cross training is exactly what you need, mentally and physically.
Found you from Galloway site. Hope you don't mind that I'm now following you on Twitter. Responded to your tweet about needing a break. We have a lot in common. Close to same pace and all. Struggled with injury. Recovering now with first marathon in two weeks. Gonna have to walk most of it. Hang in there. Enjoy the recovery and the mental break.
