Wednesday (Mostly) Running
1) Ran 1.35 miles (16:10 min) on the treadmill 2) Ran 2.15 miles (25:06 min) on the treadmill 3) Walked 0.62 mile (10 min) on the treadmill 4) Ran 0.51 mile (6 min) on the treadmill
Feeling a bit sore afterward. Good workout overall, though.
